Guidelines

General Health Guidelines

  • Masks must be worn at all times by all attendees.
  • Gatherings are to occur outdoors with distancing of at least 8 feet between households.
  • Maximum capacity is 25 persons for each gathering.
  • Refreshments of any kind are not to be served, and books or leaflets are not to be shared.
  • Individuals should come with their own Prayer Book, electronic device, or printed leaflet.
  • Attendees are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer to use as needed.
  • All attendees should self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html), those who are at high risk of severe illness and those who have recently traveled are asked to refrain from attending.

Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • To secure a time, location, frequency of gatherings (at least twice a month), and communicate with zip code community/attendees. Gatherings are not to take place on Sundays to allow for parishioner participation in St. Peter’s Sunday liturgy and formation offerings.
  • In the event of a COVID-19 diagnosis in your group, please immediately contact the parish clergy for next steps.
  • To communicate with parish clergy to schedule celebrations of the Holy Eucharist.
  • To recruit worship leaders and readers for gatherings.
  • Worship may follow the provided liturgy “An Office of Prayer,” or any liturgy from the Daily Office section of The Book of Common Prayer 1979.
